Terra Photographica is the photography and documentary film and video work of Christopher K. Eaton. Specializing in the natural and cultural landscape upon which we live, Christopher captures both the visual and emotional beauty of the world. From the sublime to the majestic, the vast to the intimate, the world offers an infinite palette for his artistic vision of capturing both the grand scale and the intimate beauty of the landscape as well as document the human presence on it.
Christopher is a photographer, writer, and filmmaker living on the Colorado Plateau in the Southwest of the United States where he works and plays on some of the most amazing public lands in the world. Originally from Southern California, he has called Northern Arizona his home for more than eight years. Trained with a filmmaker’s eye, Christopher is always looking the uncommon and sublime in his surroundings; whether it be the subtle play of light on small objects, hidden patterns in the landscape, or sweeping vistas off the beaten path, the Earth is filled with creative opportunities in every corner.
